General
- This website is owned and operated by Keltic Golf FZ-LLC (Dubai, United Arab Emirates).
- All purchases made on this site are subject to these Terms & Conditions and UAE law.
- We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated policies will be posted on this page.
Eligibility
- By placing an order, you confirm you are 18 years or older or supervised by a parent/guardian when using the site.
Keltic Golf will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries, in compliance with UAE law.
Products & Availability
- We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error after you place an order, we will contact you before processing.
- Product availability is subject to stock. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide alternatives or a refund.
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams). International orders may also display approximate pricing in GBP/EUR, depending on your location.
- Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- Payment must be made in full at checkout.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other secure online payment methods.
Cardholder details will not be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to third parties.
Delivery
- We currently deliver across the UAE, UK, and Ireland.
- Delivery fees and timelines are stated in our Shipping Policy.
- Keltic Golf is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 working days of approval.
- Faulty or misdescribed items will be refunded or replaced at no cost to the customer.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including logo, branding, images, and text — is the property of Keltic Golf and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
- Keltic Golf strives to ensure all products are of the highest quality. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for personal injury caused by negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- In the event of a dispute, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
